Siraf Methanol COMPANY as “Owner” wishes to build a Methanol Plant for manufacturing of Methanol as PRODUCT in Bandar Dayyer, based on HALDOR TAPSOE technology as LICENSOR.
The METHANOL PLANT is consisting of the following PROCESS UNITS and UTILITY UNITS:
-Feed gas desulphurization, saturation performing
-Steam performing and convection
-Autothermal reforming and performed gas waste heat boiler
-Steam and condensate system
-Synthesis gas compression and methanol synthesis
-Methanol distillation
-Intermediated tanks
-Flare system
-Drainage system
As a whole the plant shall produce 5000 ton per day, equal to 1,650,000 ton per year METHANOL greade AA as final PRODUCT.
