Badre-shargh Methanol COMPANY as “Owner” wishes to build a Methanol Plant for manufacturing of Methanol as PRODUCT in Chabahar, based on HALDOR TAPSOE technology as LICENSOR.
The METHANOL PLANT consists the following PROCESS UNITS and UTILITY UNITS:
-Feed gas desulphurization, saturation performing
-Steam performing and convection
-Autothermal reforming and performed gas waste heat boiler
-Steam and condensate system
-Synthesis gas compression and methanol synthesis
-Methanol distillation
-Intermediated tanks
-Flare system
-Polishing unit
-Drainage system
As a whole the plant shall produce 5000 ton per day, equal to 1,650,000 ton per year METHANOL greade AA as final PRODUCT.
